Hi, my name is

Phillip Cooper

I build solutions for web and mobile.

Software Developer, Team Lead, Manager, Principal Engineer, with over 15 years experience in the ICT sector. From Network Security, to Cloud, Web, and Mobile.

About Me

For as long as I can remember I have always had a strong interest in the way mechanics and technology work. At a young age I would dismantle defunct electrical components that my dad brought home from his work and try to somehow connect them together (like trying to plug in leads into wherever they could fit) in hope that I could create my own ROBOT.

Though my childhood project didn’t exactly get far off the ground, I continued to fuel my desire not only for my understanding of technology but also creating new and better technology. From this initial seed of ambition, I have discovered programming to be my most favoured task. Programming has allowed me to utilise technology how I want, where I want, and when I want it.

However my interests are not limited to only programming. I enjoy studying physics, mathematics, and how vast and truly amazing the universe really is.

Here are a few technologies I've been working with recently, but not limited to:
  • Flutter
  • Terraform
  • AWS
  • Python
  • Objective C
  • Swift
  • CocoaPods
  • Swift Package Manager
  • Machine Learning
  • Java
  • Kotlin
  • C++
